Access rights and internal pay scale transparency

Clearwage gives you complete control of the level of sharing you want to do within your business.

By default only the administrator (you) can access the company data. However you have the possibility to configure these access rights in the account preferences:

In the My Business > Information tab, there are several levels of internal transparency available to you:

With Administrators level (default), employees with an account will be able to consult the presentation of the pay scale and their own remuneration:

With the Employee level, employees with an account will be able to consult the pay scale, the dashboard, their remuneration, and those of their colleagues:

Note that this is read-only access, only administrators can make changes.

⚠️ Whatever your choice, no employee will be automatically invited, even if you fill in their email address when importing the team.
