Calculate a salary

A salary pay scale makes it possible to directly calculate the remuneration of employees based on their qualifications. Their qualifications are spread across tiers that have a value (amount in euros or multiplier). From a formula linking the tiers together it becomes easily possible to calculate any salary.

In the example below, five components were chosen to be included in the formula:

From the formula and the qualification of this employee, we can calculate their salary simply:
