Modifying employee skills

Modifying skills which have already been validated is possible via the skills definition page. You’ll find it by clicking the pay scale tab at the top of the site.

By going to one of the professions in the Professional Skills column, you can modify the desired elements within the tiers.

The changes are recorded automatically, you have nothing more to do.
