Defining employees skills

To define your employees skills, you can select an employee on the left of the screen and then tick the corresponding professional skills and seniority.

You can easily select or deselect all the skills of a tier by clicking on the right of the tier title.

Once you’ve evaluated an employee, validate the information beside their name at the top of the page, and you will automatically switch to the next employee.

This step will be decisive for your employees, it will justify evaluations and qualifications in individual interviews.

Do not hesitate to work together between managers/decision makers/HR to validate these evaluations.

Before the official launch, it’s also possible to offer employees a self-assessment which will allow you to better prepare your individual interviews.
