Remove an employee from Clearwage

To permanently remove an employee from the pay scale, you must first specify the date of termination of their contract.

Then, when viewing the profile of the former employee, click Update the profile and you’ll be given the option to permanently delete the data of that employee.

If you have created an employee profile for the sole purpose of testing the pay scale for recruitment, you can also exclude that profile from the salary pay scale. This will allow you to keep this test profile and reuse it in the future.

⚠️ Deleting an employee is an irreversible action.
